We've been using Pinogy for 3 years now.  I like how it's focused on the pet trade and not another system trying to "do pet with their product"  A lot of the heavy lifting to convert over was done by their team for a fee.   Although there are hiccups with any transition, I would recommend Pinogy to another retailer confidently.  Ties in with Astro and they have an EComm option as well.
