We have been using MyTime since 2018 and it works well for grooming schedules. It is not pet grooming specific, so things like pets and resources can be more complicated than the human salons using this software. The customer communication module that allows appointment reminders and texts is excellent. The reputation management module that selects and manages reviews from clients is exceptional. Reporting is lacking and the internal app seems to cause more issues than it solves.

We have used Moego for nearly 4 years now. All of our groomers ( 14 of them ) like the mobile app as they can schedule on the fly on their phone. Color coding our different groomers is a definite plus when you have many per location.
